Lsh33 Terms & Conditions of Platform Use
This document sets out the terms and conditions governing the use of the lsh33 platform by all users in Malaysia. By registering for or using any part of this platform, you agree to be bound by all provisions stated herein.

Acceptance of Terms of Use
By accessing, registering for, or using lsh33's services in any capacity, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to comply with all terms and conditions contained in this document. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, you are required to cease using the platform immediately.
Lsh33 reserves the right to modify, add to, or amend these terms and conditions at any time without prior notice. Such changes take effect immediately upon being published on the platform. It is the user's responsibility to review this page periodically to stay informed of the current terms in force.
Continued use of the lsh33 platform following any changes to these terms constitutes the user's acceptance of the updated terms.

- Have the legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement
- Not prohibited from using this platform by any applicable law
Account Creation & Security
Account Registration
Each user is permitted to hold only one active account at any time. Registering multiple accounts under the same individual is strictly prohibited and may result in the closure of all associated accounts without compensation. Users are required to provide accurate, complete, and current information during registration. lsh33 reserves the right to verify a user's identity at any time.
You are solely responsible for keeping your login credentials — including your username and password — confidential. All activity that occurs under your account is your responsibility, including cases where your account is accessed by a third party due to your own negligence.
Account Security
You are required to notify lsh33 immediately upon becoming aware of any unauthorised access to your account or any security breach. lsh33 is not liable for any losses arising from unauthorised access resulting from a user's failure to safeguard their login credentials.
The use of automated software, bots, scripts, or any unauthorised method to access or interact with the platform is strictly prohibited and may result in immediate account suspension. lsh33 employs SSL encryption to ensure the security of data transmitted through the platform.
User Responsibilities & Platform Rules
Users agree to use the lsh33 platform solely for lawful purposes and in compliance with all applicable laws and regulations in Malaysia. The following activities are specifically prohibited on this platform:
- Providing false or misleading information during registration or transactions
- Engaging in any form of fraud, hacking attempts, or manipulation of the platform's systems
- Using the platform for money laundering or any other unlawful financial activity
- Sharing your account with or allowing any other party to use your account
- Exploiting any technical vulnerabilities or system errors for undue personal gain
- Using abusive, threatening, or discriminatory language towards other users or platform staff
Lsh33 reserves the right to take action including suspending or closing accounts, withholding funds linked to fraudulent activity, and reporting suspicious activity to the relevant authorities.
Payments, Deposits & Withdrawals in MYR
All financial transactions on the lsh33 platform are conducted in Malaysian Ringgit (RM). Users are responsible for ensuring that all information provided during the deposit and withdrawal process is accurate and up to date. lsh33 is not liable for any losses arising from incorrect account information submitted by the user.
Deposits may only be made via payment methods approved by the platform and must originate from an account registered in the same user's name. Users are prohibited from using third-party accounts for deposits or withdrawals. lsh33 reserves the right to request identity verification documents before approving any withdrawal.
Withdrawal processing is subject to established verification procedures. lsh33 reserves the right to delay or withhold withdrawal processing where suspicious activity is detected or where identity verification has not been completed. Funds obtained through activities that breach these terms may be withheld or returned to the relevant party.
Any taxes, duties, or charges relating to winnings or transactions are the sole responsibility of the user in accordance with applicable Malaysian law.
Limitation of Liability, Account Policy & Intellectual Property
Limitation of Liability
Lsh33 is not liable for any indirect, consequential, or punitive losses arising from the use of or inability to use the platform, including service disruptions, data loss, or technical failures beyond our control. lsh33's maximum liability to any user is limited to the amount deposited by that user in the thirty (30) days preceding the claim.
Account Suspension & Closure
Lsh33 reserves the right to suspend or close a user's account without prior notice if there is evidence of a terms breach, fraud, or suspicious activity. Account suspension may take effect while an investigation is ongoing. Users whose accounts are closed due to a breach are not entitled to a refund of any balance linked to the activity in question. Appeals may be submitted via email to the lsh33 support team.
Intellectual Property
All content, designs, logos, trademarks, software, and other materials on the lsh33 platform are the exclusive property of lsh33 or its respective licensors. Users may not copy, redistribute, modify, or exploit any platform content without prior written consent. Unauthorised use may result in legal action.
Third-Party Links, Changes to Terms & Governing Law

The inclusion of such links does not imply that lsh33 endorses or is responsible for the content, privacy policies, or practices of any third-party website. Governing Law
These terms and conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Malaysia. Any dispute arising from or in connection with the use of the lsh33 platform is subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of Malaysian courts. Should any provision of these terms be found invalid or unenforceable, all remaining provisions shall continue in full force and effect.
